Return Policy

Currently, we do not offer refunds. However, we provide extensive sizing details to help you choose the right fit. For inquiries, please contact us via email.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item due to our oversight, please email us at help@rikimaru.studio for prompt assistance. We value your patience and understanding and strive to resolve any issues quickly.

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return. We do not cover normal wear and tear. All sales of discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Information

For domestic orders, we ship via USPS. International deliveries vary.

Orders are being shipped by a one-man team. Please allow some grace as we ship orders out as quickly as possible

Please be aware that RIKI MARU does not cover additional charges such as VAT, duties, or customs fees that may be incurred upon arrival in your country. These fees are separate from the shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to modify the declared value of items to avoid these charges.
